How and where we work:

We can come to you or you can come to us. To keep your bill low we don’t have a big flash office with a view of the Opera House. We’re mobile, and use the phone and email for most of our work. If you want to meet we can too. Just say so and we will.

While we are based in Newtown in Sydney’s Inner West,  we have access to offices all over Sydney and we can also travel to Newcastle, Wollongong and other cities in New South Wales. We are also able to help people based on the East Coast of Australia including  Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart, Launceston, Devonport, Geelong, Albury, Alice Springs Coffs Harbour, Byron/ Ballina, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns and Darwin – and most places in between. So we’re mobile and we know how to use one.

Briefing Counsel and Referrals:

Kristian has worked with the best industrial and employment Barristers, Queens Counsel and Senior Counsel in Australia for years. His ability to tap into this additional level of capacity puts your case on the best footing possible. Also with contacts in every capital city, if WorkLawyers can’t help you we can refer you to someone who can.

Fees:

WorkLawyers are committed to fair and (clear) prices. Practically that means we are happy to work out a fee agreement to meet your circumstances. We can do ‘no-settlement-no fee,’ upfront discount, monthly or set fee arrangements or a hybrid combination. We aren’t cheap, but our fees are fair and flexible. Let’s talk about it so we can help you resolve your problems at work.
